RETURNS, REPAIRS, WITHDRAWAL
If within 14 calendar days after receiving the order you are not satisfied with your purchase or detect any type of manufacturing defect, you can return the order and request a refund of the amount paid, deducting the Shipping Costs and Expenses arising from the cancellation of the purchase and its return. Before making any return, you must contact the sales department, which will give you precise instructions for returning the material.
The delivery of a possible return will not be managed directly at our facilities, but will be delivered to the carrier for shipment. We inform you that to avoid any incident, it is necessary that all products are protected by additional external packaging, as you received it at home, to avoid any type of damage or manipulation of the original packaging of the product during transport.
A return of any product will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order
The equipment will be returned with all its components, manuals and original packaging in perfect condition.
Writing or labelling (own or by the carrier) of the original packaging of the product or manipulation or change of the original components of the product is not permitted.
If the item is not in perfect condition, the return will not be accepted. If the item is not returned with its original packaging, it will be depreciated. The shipping costs to return an item to us for credit will be borne by the buyer.
Returned items must be sent by certified mail, courier, or by another shipping method that has a tracking system.
Damage caused by external devices, power surges, electrical discharges, firmware reloading or incorrect handling of the product invalidates its warranty and return.
The company is not responsible for the shipping method used to make a return, and is not responsible for possible delays, losses, or location of packages in shipments made by third parties.
All returned items must include a copy of the invoice and, in the case of contact information other than that on the invoice, a printed note (or in CAPITAL LETTERS if handwritten) with the following minimum contact information: full name, email address, contact phone number.

CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RETURN OF MATERIAL
If after 14 calendar days from receipt of the material we do not receive news from you, we will understand that the reception and verification of the material has been satisfactory.
- Own or third-party seals cannot be used on the original packaging
- The address cannot be written directly on the packaging.
- Material without the original packaging or manipulated will not be accepted either.
If a product is received at Tecnocooling in Spain for repair and is found to be working correctly, it will be returned to the customer at their expense with a charge for inspection costs.
No product will be accepted for return once 14 calendar days have passed from the date of receipt of the order.
