Does misting wet stored products or machinery?

No. The micro-droplet of less than 10 microns evaporates before touching any surface. Products, boxes, electronics and machinery do not get wet. The system is specifically designed for industrial environments where this is a critical requirement.
Can it be installed without stopping production?

Yes. Installation is carried out with the facility running normally. Our team works in corridors and transit areas without interfering with production lines or running machinery. Commissioning is also done without any stoppage.
How much space does a system cover?

Systems are designed to measure for each installation. We can cover anything from specific zones to entire facilities of several thousand square metres. The design is carried out after a free technical visit where we study the space, airflow and highest-temperature points.
What maintenance does it require in an industrial environment?

At the start of the season we recommend a check-up to make sure everything is ready. At the end, it is important to switch the system off correctly and flush the water from the pipes. Stainless-steel nozzles are self-regulating and the anti-scale system prevents blockages, minimising corrective maintenance.
Does it affect the relative humidity of the warehouse?

In a controlled and positive way. We can configure the system to operate within a specific relative humidity range, ideal for warehouses with sensitive goods. We also offer solutions with humidity sensors that regulate misting autonomously to maintain the desired parameters.
