Does it wet guests or furniture?

No. The micro-droplet of less than 10 microns evaporates before touching any surface. You feel no moisture on clothing and no water appears on tables or chairs. This is the top question from every customer before installation — and the first delightful surprise when they see it running.
Do I need a building permit to install it?

In most cases, no. Our systems attach to existing structures (pergola, awning, reed canopy) without structural drilling. We advise you case by case on your local regulations.
Does it work in windy conditions?

In mild to moderate wind the system remains effective. In very exposed locations we recommend side screens combined with misting to maximise performance. We assess this during the free technical visit.
What maintenance does it need?

Minimal. At the start of the season we recommend a check-up to make sure everything is ready. At the end of the season, when the system will no longer be in use, it is important to switch it off properly and flush the water from the pipes to prevent pressure damage or residue build-up. Stainless-steel nozzles are self-regulating and the anti-scale system prevents blockages in hard-water areas.
