Compact Antibacterial Filter 0.005 micron 1/2"

This ultra-fine filter provides complete protection against bacteria, viruses, and endotoxins in water, preventing the spread of diseases such as legionnaires' disease and salmonellosis.

Thanks to its ultra-fine hollow fiber membrane, designed for medical use, the filter rejects substances with a molecular weight greater than 15,000 daltons. Bacteria, viruses, and endotoxins cannot pass through this filter for two reasons: sifting through the filter's pores (due to its sponge structure) and the absorption capacity of the membrane itself.

Note: 1 micron pre-filtration is required.
